Public Notice/Ad on new pictorial warnings effective from 1st Dec 2011
Every person engaged directly or indirectly in the production, supply, import or
distribution of cigarettes or nay other tobacco products shall ensure that all tobacco product packages shall have specified health warnings as prescribed in this notification.
