Consultation on Government-NGO Partnership For Strengthening Tobacco Control in India The consultation aimed to bring together NGO’s and Law enforcers in the state from the 12 districts where STEPS is operational to build capacity of Nodal officers designated by Government at State and district level to implement tobacco control policy and programs in true spirit.
